Here’s the deal:

1- It’s FREE. No sign up required. No need to provide us with any information. No additional “exclusive content” that requires payment. It’s FREE.

2- Our unique method consists of two types of sessions: 1- Exercise. 2- Valuable Insights.

3- Each session is only one minute long! That’s something everyone can handle.

4- There’s no equipment required and very little space is needed. You can do this anywhere!

5- The purpose of each exercise session is simple: to get you moving and breathing deeply. These movements will improve your muscle tone; they’ll increase the movement of your lymph fluid and they’ll increase blood flow throughout your body. This leads to increased strength, increased muscle coordination, increased lung function, a stronger immune system and greater cognitive function.

6- We provide a new exercise session at the start of each hour, from 7am to 4pm, Monday-Friday. If you’re in school, you can even do it during the break between classes! (Just walk to the back of the class as everyone else is leaving and do your one minute session. If anyone asks what you’re doing, confidently look them in the eye and tell them. Worst case scenario, they think it’s weird because they don’t get it; best case scenario, you get a partner or two for your session. If you’re at work, go into the breakroom or the stockroom or the bathroom. You get the idea.)

7- After each exercise session you’ll be energized and you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment. The desire to snack will be greatly reduced and you’ll be able to sit still and concentrate better.

Building up to doing all ten sessions each day will drastically improve your state of well-being. (Think of it as a ten minute investment that’s paid in ten easy installments)

And if you only do one exercise session per day, that’s OK too. It’s way better than no exercise!

Plus, if you stick with it each day, you’ll most likely eventually move up to doing more each day.

But the amount is NOT most important. What’s most important is to make it a habit.

8- At thirty minutes past the start of each hour, we provide a one minute long Valuable Insight. They’re read from the books “The Official Study Guide for the Test Called Life” and “Strive”.

They’re one minute of information, inspiration, and instruction regarding what it takes to build your ideal life.

9- As you begin building your ideal life, we’ll be right there with you – every half-hour throughout the day, from 7am – 4pm 

And, if there’s enough of a demand for it, we’ll also meet up each weekday after 4pm for a “Facebook Live”/”Zoom” session. During each session we’ll go over your questions and concerns, and we’ll reinforce your positive motivation.

Still wondering what the big deal is?

Here’s the big deal:

1- Any step in the right direction is a meaningful success – if we recognize it as part of the essential groundwork for that which we desire to achieve. 

And, as a matter of fact, the smaller and more frequent each of those steps is, the more effective they’ll be in the long run (of course, the frequency must be within reason. Regularity is the key. Doing one or two sessions every day is ultimately more beneficial than doing every session for just a couple of days and then quitting altogether).

Here’s another fact: long term success in any field of endeavor is dependent upon the reinforcement of particular habits.

Our perceptions are based upon habits. Our reactions are based upon habits. Our feelings and emotions are based upon habits. Our desires are based upon habits.

Now let’s re-present the last two lines of text, but this time we’ll replace the word “habits” with a more accurately descriptive word – the word “programming”:
